Welcome to BootyMode! By downloading, installing, or using the BootyMode mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

BootyMode is a fitness and productivity application designed to help users limit screen time on distracting applications. The App locks selected third-party applications and requires the user to complete specified physical exercise goals (e.g., squats), verified via on-device camera tracking, to unlock access.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The App provides exercise tracking features. You should consult a physician before starting any new exercise routine. You agree that you perform all exercises at your own risk. BootyMode is not liable for any physical injury, health complications, or damages resulting from exercises performed while using the App.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscription Services: Certain features of the App require a paid subscription (Monthly Plan, Yearly Plan, or Yearly Plan Discounted).
• Billing: Payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your iPhone's App Store Account Settings. Refund requests must be requested directly through Apple.

4. System Requirements & Screen Time Permissions

To function correctly, the App requires you to authorize Screen Time permissions (FamilyControls API) and Camera permissions. Bypassing, deleting, or forcing the App to close to circumvent blocks is not supported, and we are not liable for any system configuration issues that arise from doing so.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BootyMode, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
